Keywords are what is going to help your sites get listed in the search engines. When people enter a search term onto a search engine, that is a keyword. If you want your page to be featured in the results it needs to include keywords in order to be found. This is how you get targeted traffic. But you need to research your keyword ranking and choose them wisely. They need to have many searches and little competition to be effective at driving the right kind of traffic.
